At least you had the good sense to see through Obama’s hopey changey facade. I wish I had listened to you.
The Democratic-Republican distinction has blurred considerably into Corporatist and Socialist. The choice is either to support the uber-wealthy or to support the people who live everyday lives (providing fodder for those few at the top). Notice how the bloviators say ‘socialist’ like it was something they stepped in and can’t scrape off their shoe.
Class warfare is real and battle lines are being drawn; they have to pick sides, and those without moral fortitude will gravitate toward what they feel is the winning side. No more unemployment extensions, cut social security, hungry people are easier to control.
