As a Texan I can assure you this won’t happen. Rick Perry, like Sarah Palin, enjoys the strut. But even he realizes his limitations, and they are many. This state of full of people like Perry, e.g. George Bush. Besides, he’s too busy pulling shit like this to risk getting roughed up on the national stage.
