The House leadership has agreed to a floor vote on a resolution that exercises the War Powers Act of 1973. This vote could end the illegal War in Libya.
The vote is scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday June 1st.
It is urgent that you call your Congressperson and ask him or her

A couple of years ago I was watching my 8 year old daughter and her friend closely because they were both beginning swimmers. I was afraid that they were flirting with a drop-off area in a small river. When I saw one of them reach out for the other, I ran into the water to pull them back in. There were no screams and you had to be watching closely to notice anything amiss. A woman about 6 feet away didn’t notice anything. They weren’t drowning, but I think that within 30 seconds there would have been panic or worse. Yeah, and probably no sound even then.
Well it’s a beginning. But how ’bout a threefer and end the illegal wars in Afghanistan and Iraq?
