  1. Go take a nap. You’ll feel better afterwards, if not about the state of national affairs (which you wouldn’t anyway), at least about your own well being.
    sometimes it pays to just disconnect.
    whatever pain is going to be inflicted upon us in the next couple of days, basically is what it is. Personally, I’m FURIOUS and have a hard time letting go of that anger.
    I take naps whenever I can take them these days….
