The FED has two responsibilities, to keep inflation down and to keep employment up. For whatever reason they have chosen (and been allowed to choose) to concentrate on inflation and ignore employment. They never bother to explain why.
Can we sue for enforcement?
Nothing like unenforceable laws.
Oh, I don’t know. Willful non-compliance with legislated mandates. The People of the United States VS. The President of the United States, the House of Representatives of the United States, the Senate of the United States et. al.
I like the sound of that.
