  1. Whenever an investor is paying the bondholder to allow him to buy his bonds he is not a happy camper. It’s like going to the bank and giving them 1% for allowing you to buy a CD. Compounded annually for the entire time that you hold the CD. If a group (cartel) causes a financial or a monetary crisis then money becomes expensive to borrow and very profitable to loan. An oil cartel sets the worldwide price of oil and how much we pay for a gallon of gas. The cost of oil and gas has nothing whatsoever to do with the workings of a free market. The banks are so large now that they are acting just like a cartel. Thanks ever so much Mr. Clinton for not vetoing the repeal of the Glass-Steagall Act.
