That’s why it’s called a tropical storm. Florida has much the same humidity in the summer (May through October) as you discribe your weather today. Not everyday, but often. That humidity level will last until the storm passes. Generally for the 24 hour period after it’s gone. Enjoy it, the humidity not the storm, they say that it begins to grow on you.
