Interrupting

God bless ’em, the October2011 people continued to speak out during this Senate finance committee hearing on the Columbia trade agreement. Because, you know, it’s only the riskiest country in the world in which to be a union leader – they keep killing them. Oh well! Multinational corporations and their trade interests are much more important.

  1. Check out Marine Corp General Smedley Butler who served from 1898-1931 and said, “I spent 33 years and four months in active military service and during that period I spent most of my time as a high class thug for Big Business, for Wall Street and for bankers. In short, I was a racketeer, a gangster for capitalism.” (1935) Also check out Boston’s very own United Fruit Company and the Bank of America where, to quote the Lizard King, ” monkey business is big business.”
