Gay community apologizes for destroying Amy Koch’s marriage.

The gay and lesbian community of Minnesota has issued a letter of apology to recently resigned Senate Majority Leader Amy Koch for ruining the institution of marriage and causing her to stray from her husband and engage in an “inappropriate relationship.”

“On behalf of all gays and lesbians living in Minnesota, I would like to wholeheartedly apologize for our community’s successful efforts to threaten your traditional marriage,” reads the letter from John Medeiros. ”

Happy holidays.

  1. This is all quite amusing. But it does beg the larger question concerning legislating morality. What is immoral and what is not? Clearly it would be immoral to kill another human being. Or to bear false witness. Or steal. Or covet your neighbor’s stuff. Or to destroy the enviornment for profit or fun. Where should one draw the bright red line concerning what is acceptable behavior and what is not though? That’s the question.

  2. This is a case where rubbing salt in a wound is richly warranted. Koch fully deserves to be mocked, derided and despised for moral hypocrisy that reached Gingrinchian-like levels.
