You know that metallic taste you get in your mouth and jaws right before you throw up? That’s what I feel all the time now. Just sayin’!

Ah man, you’re in it deep. i’m sure you’ve tried various teas and broths, now try quieting your mind – practice simple breathing when you get up (and before you do anything) and before each meal and finally before bed. 5 – 12 inhales to a count of say 7 – 9 seconds followed by slow exhale of say 8 – 12 seconds with a second of rest between each cycle. Just concentrate on the breathing and let every other thought evaporate as bubbles in a stream. Seated is the easiest (and you can do it while driving, but pay attention to the road).
Since you post so frequently about it, mind if I ask the nature of your ill health?
Gall bladder disease and diverticulitis.
Ouch.
