Day 3. I came close to cracking late yesterday afternoon, but managed to restrain myself. Boy, the craving is really strong! Fortunately, it was almost dinnertime and that scratched the itch.

Yeah, but it sounds like it’s as bad as sugar.
Agave not so good. Stevia is better. Have been used in Latin America for ages.

I bought a two pound box of white sugar two or three years ago and I have yet to open it. And I like sweet. I use agave, splendra, and date sugar. I think white sugar cause all kinds of inflamation, and really aggravates arthritis (among other things), so I just got off it. And I also do a lot of baking, including muffins and sweet breads, all with Agave, etc.
