It seems there’s a cadre of professional racists whose job it is to monitor the internetz for any positive message about blacks and then shit all over it. I’m sure it makes the 1% very happy.
This ad has been getting heavy rotation in the NYC metro broadcast TV area.
First time I saw it, I found myself wondering if the little girl was adopted…or whether the couple was bi-racial. And, yup, biracial.
And, oh, yes. Absolutely darling characters and storyline.
Ikea has been running ads with what at the time would have been considered unconventional couples. Now it’s just part of the accepted scene. Well, mostly accepted by most people, but there have been several attacks on gay couples, including a murder or two lately in NYC.ha
