I’m counting down to tomorrow morning, when I have to get up so very early and go to the airport. (Oh shit, I just realized I don’t know which terminal Virgin flies from.) I’ve been doing things like giving away produce before it goes bad, packing, looking for business cards, etc.
In order to relax before bedtime, I thought a nice hot bath would help. And it was probably a good idea, until I fell in the tub and hit the bottom of my spine, which set off a massive ripple effect that has me in a lot of pain today.
I honestly don’t know why I’m such a klutz. Some of it, I think, is from not having depth perception (I’m forever bumping into people as a result), but some of it is my tendency to space out and not really pay attention to each of the several things I’m usually doing at once. I can see that the older I get, the more of a problem this is going to be.
Anyway, it’s back to the chiro this afternoon.
What do your docs say? Any balance issues?
Hope you feel better and can enjoy the convo.
Stop with the multi-tasking. Do one thing at a time and be careful. Hope you feel better soon and can enjoy the conference.
Who’ll be running the place in your absence?
The balance issue is that I only use one eye.
