Ventura/Stern 2016?

http://youtu.be/9MA0PGGg0i4

Jesse Ventura says he and Howard Stern couldn’t possibly fuck things up any worse than the people in there now. I don’t know about that; he’s prone to saying some really stupid, paranoid shit and doesn’t understand about the debt. He does say some things I like, but no one would ever let him implement his policies.

  1. Charlie Pierce’s five minute rule (the time it takes to drift across the rhetorical divide into insanity) for the Pauls, would have to be halved in the case of our former Governor Ventura and measured in nano seconds for Stern. Correct me if I’m wrong, but didn’t Jesse announce that he was relinquishing his citizenship to surf out his days in Baja? I thought that was a pretty good plan.

  2. Ventura is a very interesting and funny guy who doesn’t take himself seriously. When he’s asked a silly question like “Are you going to run for president in 2016,” he gives an equally silly answer. “Sure,” he says with a broad grin on his face, “with Howard Stern. We couldn’t possibly fuck things up any worse.” About that he’s 100% correct.

  3. At least the debates would be more fun. Oh, that’s right – only the bigger parties get in the debates.
