What percentage of drivers on the Pennsylvania Turnpike are from Pennsylvania? On the other hand, it’s not as if us northerners know that many secrets about driving in winter. I’m sure the main reason we can cope better with winter driving conditions is because our State/County/City highway departments are better equipped for it. Let’s face it, when the road surface is a sheet of ice, skill won’t help a lot.
