The photo is unavailable so here’s a general comment. The U.S. no longer spends money on infrastructure. We spend money only on wars or to take down governments like in Ukraine and Venezuela. The 1% has determined that because their are so few of them and the fact that they have their own personal aircraft to move around in, it’s unnecessary to build roads and bridges that only the 99% will use.
I guess that’s why Chris Christie killed the Hudson River rail tunnel, and shut down the GW Bridge.
