Paul is dead. Why did the British parliament vote to authorize bombing ISIS in Iraq but not in Syria today? Because they, like the U.S. congress, are aware that bombing Syria is a violation of international law. Obama bombed Syria. Obama is a criminal. Obama should be impeached for his high crimes and misdemeanors. Paul remains dead.
