  1. Can it be formulated in aerosol and released in the halls of Congress? Could work equally well at the bargaining table for new employment contracts, or in hospital board rooms when deciding on whom receives treatment.

  2. Maybe we can add it to the water at the next ALEC meeting . . . or reservoirs in red states.
