  1. God help me, I’ve wasted many a morning watching the Sunday news shows. Last Sunday, though, Jamelle Bouie, one of the panelists on FACE THE NATION, partially redeemed me.

While the other panelists were deploring former Senator Clinton’s “basket of of deplorables” speech, he was actually crunching the poll numbers. I can’t link it, I can’t quote what he said, but he said basically, that many polls of Republican voters find that half or more say that “Obama was born in Kenya”. “That illegal immigrants come her to commit crimes.” That black people are “inherently more violent than whites.” Racist opinions, and don’t get them started on the queers.

Jamelle Bouie rated Hillary’s statement “pretty much accurate”-not his opinion, just the result of his homework.

Needless to say, Mr. Bouie is African-American.

Needless to say, his fellow panelists, totally ignored him, and went after Hillary’s “gaffe”.

Why is this still needless to say?
