The local newspaper here in Rochester, New York-THE DEMOCRAT AND CHRONICLE- was so
amused/bemused/scared after learning that our dear leader apparently thinks that Frederick Douglass is still alive, that they sent a reporter to Mt. Hope Cemetery to ask Mr. Douglass to comment.
Yeah, same cemetery where Susan B. Anthony is buried.
Reporter waited in the snow a few minutes in front of the gravestone.
No comment forthcoming from Mr. Douglass.
I’d like to laugh, but at some point, this stuff is just not that funny.
