Their tactics would be legal, if unethical, if they were Americans, as Americans are free to try and affect the outcome of American elections, but they’re not. They’re Russians. And they do this all of the damn time, and will most likely continue to do it, even to us, as president four-year-old sees no advantage in trying to stop them.
