This is all about economics.
Which is why the Left correctly claims that the wealthy oligarchs are responsible for causing every war in history.
The Civil War was an economic war.
World War I was an economic war.
World War II was an economic War.
The Vietnam War was an economic war.
The oligarchs are much too smart to blame economic conditions as the reason for another war.
Instead they blame the existence of slavery(which the oligarchs profited from), or expansionism (which is a very profitable game to play for the oligarchs) or ideology (Nazism, Communism, Islamism which the oligarchs invent out of whole cloth).
Make no mistake, every war ends up killing millions of poor people and allowing the rich oligarchs to become wealthier and wealthier at the expense of the dead. Profiteers.
