TRENTON — Democrat Phil Murphy’s victory in the governor’s race Tuesday night drives New Jersey “full-steam ahead” toward legalizing marijuana and cultivating an estimated $1.3 billion industry, the sponsor of the legislation said.

The first order of business for Governor Murphy should be to appoint an interim Progressive Democratic Senator to replace Menendez who will be off to prison shortly.
When that happens everybody should fire up a blunt.
