A limited investigation will give cover to Flake, Murkowski, Collins, Democrats Mansion, Heitkamp and whoever, to vote to confirm Kavanaugh.
Kavanaugh is a liar who lacks any judicial temperament whatsoever.
The Republicans have constructed a perfect golden cage for themselves.
Inside that golden cage they’ve formed into a circular firing squad.
If Kavanaugh is approved, firing will commence.
If Kavanaugh is rejected, firing will commence.
The Republicans cannot escape their own looming demise because they are too cute by half.
