I said it all along
Everybody understands what a common criminal is and they don’t like them.
Trying to sell Trump as some sort of exotic, Russian, Manchurian candidate, like the neo-liberals are attempting to do, makes joe six-pack, the farmers and the Evangelical Christian’s eyes glaze over.
Trump steals people’s money. That’s his game.
He refuses to pay a fair days pay for a fair days work. In other words he stiffs people.
He cheats on his taxes.
He commits all manner of fraud.
Impeaching a president because he’s a thief and liar makes sense to most people.
But, throwing a president out of office because a discredited intelligence community wages a propaganda campaign claiming that Trump is Putin’s “bootlicker” “stooge” and “puppet” simply doesn’t make sense to most god fearing folks.
