Trump changes his mind from minute to minute and can be talked into anything because he’s a dummy.
For example Pompeo talked Trump into staging a coup in Venezuela.
Although the seeds for Pompeo’s coup were planted by Obama in 2013.
Socialist Chavez was first elected to be the President of Venezuela in 1998 by the people.
The first US sanctioned coup against Chavez came in 2002 and the second in 2006.
When the 2002 coup failed to dislodge Chavez from power Bush the Idiot imposed broad economic sanctions against Venezuela including on equipment going to the countries oil industry (Rex Tillerson suggested this particular punishment) in 2003.
These economic sanctions slowly destroyed Venezuela’s economy. (See Iran)
In March 2013 Chavez died after having been re-elected again by the people.
Socialist Nicolas Maduro was elected by the people in April 2013 as the successor to Chavez.
When Maduro was re-elected by the people again late last year Pompeo put his coup plan into motion.
Hopefully, we won’t witness a civil war break out between the Capitalist forces of the US puppet Juan Guido and the people who support the legally elected President of Venezuela, Nicolas Maduro.
Or the intervention of US troops into Venezuela on the side of the crazy Guido which would be even worse.
The US doesn’t need the expense, in lives or in money, of another country being occupied by US military personnel.
NOTE: Saudi Arabia has never held a single, popular election to determine who its leader would be. (Unlike Venezuela.)
Instead Saudi Arabia is led by the murderous, dictator bin Salman who the US should justifiably consider illegitimate.
