  2. Paper ballots and a sharp pencil should clear up most of our tampering problems.

    But paper ballots will not end jerrymandering, ballot box stuffing, mysteriously lost ballots, voter suppression, and all of the other techniques used to cheat by the “enemy of the people,” the Republicans.
