If the US agrees not to interfere with the elections in Russia, which we do, then they will agree not to interfere with our elections. Seems fear.
Concerning North Korea, nobody was more disappointed about the failure of the Trump/Kim summit then the president of South Korea, Moon.
But truth be told, Moon predicted that the Trump/Kim talks would fail because South Korea and China were excluded from the talks.
Moon wants to develop a more normal relationship with North Korea by expanding trade and cultural exchanges.
Hopefully he will continue to push ahead with his plans and reject the US warmongers like Bolton who want more and tougher sanctions imposed on North Korea.
If Moon soldiers on he will force the warmongers in the US to change their wrongheaded and dangerous policies and defang Kim in the process.
Perhaps they are looking ahead to the next Democratic administration and trying to get the issue dealt with before the consequences become more severe and real.
