Yeah, I’m sure Sirota “regrets the tone.” Look, personnel is policy. If Bernie is hiring a bunch of hit wo/men who hate the Democratic party and don’t mind destroying it in order to win, well, that won’t pay off for him this time. People want to beat Trump and won’t have much patience with the intramural attacks. And where are Bernie’s taxes, anyway?
The Democratic Party needs a good housecleaning.
Does that mean that anyone who agrees with that sentiment hates the Democratic Party?
Hopefully not.
Trump’s gotta go in 2020 or before.
Every Democrat believes that.
Don’t they?
Because ‘all’ of the Democratic faithful believes that Trump must be defeated in 2020, it presents the party with the unique opportunity of cleansing itself and moving to the LEFT.
However there are those in the party’s leadership cadre who don’t want the party to move to the Left for purely personal reason.
Like money, greed and power.
They have theirs and they want to keep it.
>Universal Health Care
>A minimum living wage
>Free public education K-12
These are not Leftist or Socialist ideas and issues.
They are American ideas rooted in fairness and justice.
And they are affordable.
Anybody in a Democratic Party leadership position who isn’t on board with all of those ideas, should call themselves Republicans, because that’s who they are in their hearts.
Republicans are the “enemy of all the people.”
The other issue that requires a change in Democratic Party thinking and policy is war and peace. (For a later date.)
May I remind everyone that Bernie isn’t even a Democrat, and as much as I like some of his policies, we need a huge Democratic win this time, as the Republicans are going to cheat. This election will see the highest level of ratfucking in history, and we have to account for that ahead of time or we will lose.
They’re not fucking around, and our mistakes at this point can be turned into fatal mistakes if we don’t take this seriously.
