From Gainesville north to the Georgia border and west to the Alabama border (the “Red-Neck Riviera,” home to Joe Scarborough) is where most of this red-neck legislation originates.
Little of the legislation is ever passed and what does pass is put on hold and generally declared unconstitutional by Florida’s conservative courts.
