Another aggrieved man with a gun
I don’t see what the problem is? He was a good guy with a gun until 1 second before he wasn’t.
Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution: “The Congress shall have the Power to provide for calling forth the Militia……”
Amendment 2 of the Constitution: “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State…..”
Without a standing army, which the framers of the Constitution purposely omitted from the document, the Union required the alternative of a “well regulated Militia,” and not an unregulated mob of yahoos running around with loaded guns.
