For Trump to claim the election was stolen from him. Judicial Watch is a 501(c)3, which means they don’t pay taxes. You can’t be a non-profit when all you do is act as a political operative on behalf of the Republican cause:

Judicial Watch is a right wing operation funded in large part by the Fascist Federalist Society who gave us reactionary Supreme Court Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.
