  1. Less than 7% of Americans are military veterans.
But it’s interesting to note how many ex-veterans and intelligence operatives are US ambassadors, under-secretary’s, department heads, legal councils and politicians.

It’s time to concede that the mysterious “whistleblower” has now become “Deep Throat II.”
The FBI’s Mark Felt claimed to be the original “Deep Throat” as he lay dying forty years after Watergate.
So, if you’re under 40 you might just live long enough for the mysterious “whistleblower” to reveal him or her self to you.
Of course the rest of us will be long dead and buried.

The disproportionate representation of ex-military types in our government is a serious enough problem.
But if you add the media into the equation with its inordinate reliance on ex-military and intelligence operatives as news presenters and guests we are in crisis.

The pro-war stance of our government and of the media perpetuates the violence all around us.
