I rarely agree with Amash on anything, but I have to hand it to the guy: He stands up for what he believes in. (Unlike Will Hurd, who makes noises but doesn’t follow through — even though he’s leaving Congress.)

Two Democratic Representatives, Jeff Van Drew (NJ) and Collin Peterson (Minnesota), also stood up for what they believe in by voting against Trumps impeachment rules yesterday in the House.
Clearly these two corrupt Congressman are more interested in keeping their jobs then they are in doing the right thing for the country by upholding the Constitution.
Shameful.
That Senator Amy Klobuchar (MN) was unable to persuade Peterson (MN) to vote for impeachment says a lot about her ability to come through in the clinches for the Party.
Hopefully when Trumps trial ends in the Senate Klobuchar won’t side with Trump and vote not to convict him.
