Part of the deal that Pence made to save his ass was agreeing to allow his subordinates to testify in the impeachment inquiry.

Trump and Pompeo are going down.

AG Barr recognized the fact that Trump was going down and refused to publicly say that nothing in Trumps Ukranian call was illegal after being prompted to do so by Trump.
