House passes drug pricing bill…

Current rules prohibit the Department of Health and Human Services from negotiating drug prices on behalf of Medicare — the federal government’s health insurance plan for the elderly. Private insurers use pharmacy benefit managers to negotiate drug rebates from pharmaceutical manufacturers in exchange for better coverage.

The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimates Pelosi’s bill, if enacted, would save Medicare $456 billion over a decade but also keep eight new drugs from coming to the U.S. market.

  1. Nancy Pelosi spent twenty years trying to get a Family Leave bill passed through congress.

Buried in the $738 billion military spending bill passed by the House yesterday is a Family Leave provision giving all federal employees Parental Leave.

Shorty after the bill was passed, and at the urging of Ivanka, Trump interrupted his busy day of cartoon watching to jump in front of microphones to take full credit for getting Family Leave passed through Congress.

Nancy Pelosi was no where to be seen.

The Democrats shouldn’t be providing Trump with the ammunition—-USMCA, Family Leave, a Space Force——to shot them with.

The Democrats should be diminishing Trump at every turn.
They shouldn’t be presenting him with opportunities to publicly exalt himself.
