The International Criminal Court concluded last week that Israel committed war crimes in the occupied West Bank and Gaza.
The original complaint was brought to the ICC by the Palestinian’s living in the Israeli occupied West Bank (the PA).
Netanyahu rejected the ICC’s findings by claiming that Palestine was not a “sovereign state” and the occupied territory had no legal right to request an investigation into Israel’s war crimes. (Catch 22)
Now that Trump and Netanyahu have literally destroyed any possibility for a two-state solution, will the world sit by and watch as the Israelis commit war crimes against the Palestinian’s living under Israeli occupation whenever they like on into the foreseeable future?
