I wasn't sure if I could get even more angry at how dishonest Republicans are being in this hearing, but then I did: https://t.co/jT3dnFpSFg

Faith and religion are two entirely different things.
You can have an abundance of faith and still be losing your religion.
In the case of Amy Coney Barrett her religion informs her extremism and her zealotry.
That she belongs to a very small, radical Catholic sect similar to Opus Dei is a relevant fact.
So why isn’t her religious affiliation a valid topic of discussion?
“Belief in a Devine mission is one of the many forms of certainty that have afflicted the human race.” Bertrand Russell, 1950.
Amy Coney Barrett is on a “Devine mission” from ‘her’ God.
So are Clarence Thomas, Samuel Alito, Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch.
The space between Fascism and religious authoritarianism is almost imperceptible.
Just ask Mussolini’s Fascist Catholics.
The now dead Anthony Scalia, who Barrett clerked for before she went back to her alma mater, the Jesuit Notre Dame, to teach, was a Roman Catholic and a member of the radical Opus Dei sect.
Scalia went to Xavier High School, a Jesuit military school in NYCity. He then attended Jesuit Georgetown University.
Why do you suppose Roman Catholics need a Jesuit military school?
Do they plan on going to war with somebody?
