Baby steps
As it turns out, the Republicans have exactly zero power in Congress unless the Democrats, Joe Biden, grant power to them.
Until the Democrats get rid of the racist 60 vote rule or filibuster, the Democrats should pass every bill through the reconciliation process.
Compromise be damned.
