Congress must pass the $3.5 trillion Human Infrastructure Bill.
And the bill must be paid for.
$3.5 trillion over 10 years is $350 billion per years which needs to be paid for.
We can raise that $3.5 trillion over 10 years by increasing taxes on the rich and corporations if Manchin and Sinema allow it.
If Manchin and Sinema refuse to raise taxes on the rich and corporations enough to fund the entire $3.5 trillion Human Infrastructure Bill, then any shortfall should be taken out of the bloated and unnecessary $738 billion annual military budget.
In answer to Manchin’s ridiculous question, the $3.5 trillion Human Infrastructure Bill now being offered is a compromise forced on the Democrats by the so-called “moderates.”
The original bill called for $5.2 trillion.
Now these Republican/Democratic corporate shills like Manchin want more compromise at an even lower figure.
