The Constitution assigns the same two duties to the President and to the members of Congress.
To listen (to represent) the people and to teach (to lead) the people.
(Joe Manchin and Krysten Sinema do neither of those things and neither do the members of the Republican Big Lie Party.)
Lots of elected congresspeople are right wing ideologues and militarized Capitalists who flourish in the Republican Big Lie Party.
None of these Fascists represent or lead their constituents.
Instead they incite them with QAnon lies and conspiracy theories and propagandize them on FOX, Newsmax and OAN.
Add to that toxic mix the rampant hate, lies and violence being spread by the monopoly Facebook and “things are tough all over.”
