Roberts says the leak of a draft opinion that would strike down Roe v. Wade is "absolutely appalling" and stressed that he hopes "one bad apple" would not change "people's perception" of the nation's highest court and workforce, per @Arianedevoguehttps://t.co/avmwyPLNiF

Here come the Fascist Republicans and their “states’ rights” nonsense again.
States’ Rights proponents (Lost Cause) believe that the decision written by Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court Morrison R. Waite in the case of The U.S. v Cruikshank (1875) was correct and that all civil rights legislation passed since the 1960’s is illegitimate.
That includes Roe v Wade.
“Originalists” like Alito and Thomas also reject the Supremacy Clause (Article IV, Clause 2) in the Constitution.
In the beginning “Originalists” were called anti-Federalists.
