The subtext
So, the usual for women. Have experience without being old. Be brilliant at your job and never make a mistake but don’t let anyone else feel less brilliant. Always have perfect stylish clothes without spending any noticeable money on that. Ditto hair. Ditto makeup. Never do anything inappropriate according to the unmarked boundaries for women, but definitely be authentic and not stiff or formal or anything awful. etc etc etc etc etc.
Given that Harris really is brilliant, I’m betting she could do that easily. Question is whether she’d get credit for it. Hillary didn’t.

Yes. I’ve seen too much of it and she handles it like preschoolers throwing paper planes at her. When I lived in California I had the pleasure of voting for her in her first statewide run (don’t remember which office. Attorney General I think). She won by a very narrow margin that time, so I have this real “That my girl!” feeling about her 😀
