A day in the life

I didn’t get any sleep Sunday night, because my leg pain kept me up all night.

Then had to go for intake to the physical therapy place yesterday, and it was a little depressing. My PT told me it was going to take a while to straighten out my leg, because it was bent for so long. He said we could make progress, but it would probably never go back to the way it was.

Then I had to stop at my mechanic’s to pay for the work they did while I was in the hospital, and it was a lot less than I thought. Yay! But one of the employees locked the car door with That Which Must Not Be Touched, meaning the alarm system was going off for a half-hour, and the set of keys with the alarm fob was back home.

So they drove me home, and I had to look for the other keys. Found them, thankfully.

I took a nerve pain pill and crawled into bed for three hours. Fortunately, when I woke up, the Phillies had a rain delay.
