The media portray our politics as some kind of game and they most definitely are not. The lives of human beings and of Americans in particular are to important to be wagered by anyone, but particularly millionaire media talking heads, on political discussion. They lost me when they informed us that a coin toss decided where each participant was going to stand and receive the first question, like a freaking football game. I have since watched the miserable coverage and am delighted that Harris “spanked him like he hasn’t been spanked since a copy of Forbes magazine was used for the job (sic).” It’s not about points, it’s about people and she definitely convinced this person.
