Presumably an effort to deal w/atty shortages, Trump DOJ reportedly proposing a new reg effectively requiring all dept lawyers to remain on cases unless personally excused by the AG. No matter how clear the conflict of interest, fed lawyers must expose themselves to disbarment unless Pam says ok.
