When the voters of Florida voted to restore voting rights for felons who served their time, they weren’t counting on Florida’s shameless GOP putting together a plan to prevent that:

This is referring to Kelvin Jones, a plaintiff in one of the Florida suits challenging this law. Jones registered to vote after Floridians passed an amendment saying people with felonies could vote once their sentence was completed. Isn’t Florida one of the only states in the old Confederate Union trying to reintegrate felons back into society?
