It’s “politically convenient” to attack the 1% for whom? Certainly not the Democrats or the Republicans who sure as hell aren’t doing it. Or to the media which remains silent. So it must be the 99% who smell the rat decaying in the woodpile. Speaking of rats, the 1% is now claiming that we could straighten this whole income inequality mess out if the Teacher’s Union (NEA) would get out of our schools and let teachers teach. That way students could get first class educations in K-12 and compete for the 4 open spots at Wellesley and Harvard. Then on they’ll go to fame and fortune. Horatio Alger is alive and well (and so is union busting) in the minds of the 1%. And these fools are running our world. But only for their profit, not ours.
