Prelude to a slice

My So-Called Life

Last night I had to wash myself all over with these antiseptic cloths that made me itch something crazy, and then I had to do it all over again this morning. The theory is that it lowers post-surgical infection, but all I can think about is that my skin feels like it’s ready to break out in a rash.

    I’m getting sympathetic itching, Susie! Were you also told you couldn’t apply lotion? Eeeek!

    Best wishes for successful surgery and a quick recovery.

    I’ll be getting my epidural steroid injection(s) for my back on Thursday. I’m hoping for lasting relief, but am also a tad nervous. (T/U, Dandy, for your input.)
