Shouldn’t the public have a right to know which billionaires are buying our government? Then when things go wrong, which they most assurdly will, we can sue every last one of them for malfeasance.
They will drag this out in the courts and play to win enough Nevada seats to overturn the law with the case still pending. If all that fails, they will withdraw from the State and keep the roster beyond the reach of contempt. Rules don’t bind the rich.
